This course provides guidance on troubleshooting common wireless issues using ExtremeCloud™ IQ – Controller. It also provides tips and tricks on troubleshooting common errors within ExtremeCloud™ IQ – Controller such as API errors, or issues with applications.
Target Audience
Engineers who implement ExtremeCloud IQ Controller and occasionally conduct troubleshooting sessions for existing installations of ExtremeCloud IQ Controller.
Prerequisites
This training builds on the knowledge gained in the “ExtremeCloud IQ Controller – Installation and Configuration” course. To be eligible for the certificate of this training, you must first have obtained the certificate from the previous course.
